How to search for products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword in the search bar at the top of the page. Try entering a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get on the results page. When you find a product you are interested in, simply click on the product name or product image for more details.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method (air, sea or ground) and the weight/volume of the product. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it is best to check and compare which one is the cheapest and most economical. What is buyer protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that allows buyers to buy with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was claimed to be genuine was fake.

Who can buy at The Party Days?

How long should I wait for my orders?

The maximum delivery time is 15 business days, to which must be added the order processing time of up to 5 business days. You can find detailed information in the Shipping section at the bottom of the page.

Yes. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation and all the information provided is stored in our database for the exclusive use of processing your orders and to send updated information about new products and offers. Can the product be returned?

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours before it is shipped.
