How do I search for products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword in the search bar at the top of the page. Try entering a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer results you'll get. When you find a product you like, simply click on the product name or image for more details.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method (air, sea, or ground) and the weight/volume of the product. For more details, contact us directly.
What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that allows buyers to shop with confidence on our website. You're protected when:
- The item you ordered didn't arrive within the seller's promised timeframe.
- The item you received was not as described.
- The item you received was counterfeit.
Who can shop at The Party Days?

How long should I wait for my orders?

Can I return a product?
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours before shipment. Once the packing and shipping process has begun, it can no longer be cancelled. See our Refund Policy for full details.
